Extranets
A client extranet is a flexible platform through which we
can share documents and a broad range of AAR information tailored to suit client
needs.
Each Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) client extranet is built in close consultation with the
client. The sites are designed to be user
friendly, so that your staff can find the content they need quickly and easily.
Access
The site can be accessed by specified individuals via their
desktop computers. No special software or training is required. Access can be
tailored to the individual, allowing each person to see only the content
that is appropriate for them and ensuring that confidentiality and security
needs are met.
Content
The content of each site is tailored to the client – most sites include:
- a secure, searchable document vault;
- relationship/billing information;
- information about client training;
- updates on relevant legal topics;
- a collection of relevant research links; and
- AAR and client team contact details.
We can also set up specialised services, such as legislation monitoring.
