Our experience in patent litigation includes:
- representing major pharmaceutical companies in worldwide patent litigation and regulatory proceedings concerning drug actives, formulations and methods of manufacture and administration; and
- acting for A.P. Møller Maersk A/S in its application in the Federal Court of Australia to revoke a standard patent held by Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Inc. relating to apparatus and methods for offshore oil and gas drilling, and defending allegations of infringement of that patent.
