Patent Litigation – Recent experience
Our experience in patent litigation includes:
- representing major pharmaceutical companies in worldwide patent litigation and regulatory proceedings concerning drug actives, formulations and methods of manufacture and administration;
- advising on US patent litigation proceedings involving a heart-valve device;
- acting in a patent infringement case between two of the world's largest manufacturers of dialysis machines and consumables; and
- acting in patent litigation involving the interface between telecommunication systems and novel data delivery systems.
