Australand Property Group.
AMP Capital Investors
Advised on the float of AMP Capital China Growth Fund, the first ASX-listed fund
authorised to invest directly into China A Shares.
A-REIT Property Trust float
Advised the Ascendas-Macquarie Goodman joint venture on the establishment and
float of the S$600 million Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust. This IPO was
only the second property trust (and first industrial property trust) ever listed
on Singapore's SGX.
Babcock & Brown Structured Finance Fund
Acted for Babcock & Brown, the sponsors of the A$300 million IPO float in
Singapore.
Charter Hall
Advised on the stapling of Charter Hall Property Trust and management company
Charter Hall Limited and the subsequent $200 million ASX listing.
European Investors Global Trust
Advised Macquarie on the IPO of this listed global property securities fund.
Galileo Japan Trust
Advised on what was only 3rd Japanese property trust listed on the ASX and
raised A$284 million.
James Fielding Funds Management
Advised on the IPO of units in a trust, established to invest in a portfolio of
US industrial real estate located in Chicago.
Macquarie Airports
Advised on the IPO of Macquarie Airports.
Macquarie Financial Products
Advised on the establishment of the Macquarie reFleXion Trusts.
Macquarie Media Group
Advised on the IPO of Macquarie Media Group and its subsequent triple stapling.
Reckson New York Property Trust
Advised on the first Australian listed property trust with a primary strategy of
investing office properties in the New York Tri-State area, raising $263.4

Advised on the US$1.8 billion float of the first listed property trust in
Australia to invest in prime US properties.
