ANZ Bank
Acting for ANZ in connection with its first RMB denominated real estate loans relating to property developments in Shanghai and Nanjing.

Azure City Co Ltd
Advising on a number of local commercial/residential developments in Ho Chi Minh City with several multinational property development partners.

Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec
Advised one of Canada's largest institutional investors on the formation of its joint venture with Hong Kong-listed Shanghai Forte Land Co. to develop an estimated RMB 1 billion residential real estate project in Huishan District, Wuxi, China.

Concord Land Limited
Advised on all aspects of a joint venture with the Carlyle Group, including negotiating and documenting acquisition documents, multiple shareholders' agreements, step-in rights and debt documents, both on-shore and off-shore. In addition, we advised Concord Land in the sale of 'Residence 8', two 30-storey towers of luxury serviced apartments in Shanghai, to Carlyle Investment Group, having previously acted for Concord Land when it acquired the asset from ING Real Estate.

D.B. ZWIRN
Advising this US-based hedge fund in relation to an investment in a real estate joint venture in Harbin China, proposed real estate investments in Beijing, and its proposed acquisition of real estate projects in Beijing and Zhengzhou.

Goodman Group
Acting for one of the world's largest listed property groups in connection with investigating proposed investments in industrial warehouse and logistics developments in Shanghai, including structuring, negotiating and preparation of transaction proposals and related transaction documents. Allens is also acting for Goodman International on the acquisition of various logistics facilities and development facilities in Hong Kong for the Macquarie Goodman Logistics Fund.

Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc
Acting for Canada's largest retail investor in connection with its ongoing real estate activities in China, including due diligence review, negotiation, discussion and preparation of transaction proposals and related transaction documents.

JSM Construction
Advised on the acquisition of a significant interest in a domestic Vietnamese company that owns and operates several residential/commercial property projects in Ho Chi Minh City, and on AIM listing of a Vietnamese property fund, including such investment as seed asset.

Keppel Land
Advised on the US$750m, 366ha 'Waterfront Dong Nai City' joint venture residential 'for sale' development in Long Thang; US$30 million 'Saigon Riviera' joint venture residential 'for sale' development in An Phu, Ho Chi Minh City, licensed in August 2004 (the first property licensed 'for sale' project in Vietnam); acquisition of 90 per cent interest in 'Saigon Sports City', a US$130 million 100 per cent foreign-owned city development project in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, including residential 'for sale', and advice on related licensing issues.

Macquarie Group
Advised on the acquisition of City Apartments, a 92-unit serviced apartment complex in Shanghai.

MGPA
Acting for MGPA in connection with investigating proposed investments in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Guangdong, including due diligence review, negotiation, discussion and preparation of transaction proposals and related transaction documents.

Mori Building China (Shanghai) Property Management and Consulting Co Ltd
Acting for the leading Japanese developer in connection with the pre-leasing and leasing of the Shanghai World Financial Centre, China's tallest building.

Rajawali Corporation
Advised on a US$280 million joint venture for development of the prime 'Saigon Tax Trade Centre' site in Ho Chi Minh City.
