Our designs enforcement team has acted in some of Australia's landmark registered design cases before the Full Federal Court and the High Court. The team is experienced in running design litigation, and can advise you on the right enforcement strategy, whether it is an injunction before the Federal Court or an opposition before the Registrar of Designs.
We currently act for a major food and beverage company in proceedings before the Federal Court to enforce its registered design.
