From our local offices we deal direct with the authorities in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea to secure protection for your intellectual property. In Asia, we have a patent and trade marks filing team centred in Hong Kong, specialising in the protection of patent and trade mark rights in Hong Kong and China. Elsewhere in the region we use the close local knowledge of our Asian offices, as well as using selected agents when the need arises.

The Melbourne office has a long record of advising blue-chip corporations on corporate and commercial issues. We've also been involved in establishing some of Austraila's largest mining projects, such as the giant iron ore mines in the Pilbara and the natural gas reserves on the North West Shelf
