  Krung Thai in connection with a series of medium-term debenture offerings and placements, including a Baht 4 billion public bond offering, Baht 3 billion bond private placement and Baht 1.2 billion bond placement
• Ministry of Finance's Public Debt Management office in preparing a framework for public private partnerships and making recommendations to the government
• AXA in connection with its potential acquisition of BT Insurance, a substantial subsidiary of CIMB bank, and the development of bancassurance arrangements with CIMB's Thai subsidiary, CIMB Thai
• MGPA on a completed land mortgage agreement in Phang Nga province valued at Baht 2.2 billion
