  • Thai Airways International as local and international counsel in the financing of eight A330-300s through commercial banks and European export credit agencies
  • Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in connection with US$460 million term loan, Baht 9.96 billion term loan, and Baht 350 million VAT facility for the 660 MW coal fire power generation project of GHEC-ONE company Limited
  • Fisher & Paykel Appliances in its establishment and secured financing of two white goods manufacturing plants
  • Commonwealth Bank in its issue of Baht 4 billion senior bonds, the first Baht-denominated issue of bonds by an Australian financial institution
  • Krung Thai in connection with a series of medium term debenture offerings and placements including a Baht 4 billion public bond offering, Baht 3 billion bond private placement and Baht 1.2 billion bond placement
  • Ministry of Finance's Public Debt Management office in preparing a framework for public private partnership and making recommendations to the government
  • Insurance Australia Group in its successful tender offer and subsequent delisting tender offer for Safety Insurance and in its acquisition by private treaty of Royal and Sun Alliance (Thailand)
  • MGPA in its acquisition of an interest in Evolution Capital, a listed property developer, and the establishment of a US$300 million investment fund targeting the Thai hospitality sector
