AAR acts for Westpac on the proposed listing of BT's investment management business

Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) confirms it is acting as legal counsel to Westpac Banking Corporation in relation to the proposed float of the investment management arm of its subsidiary, BT Financial Group.
The AAR team is being led by partners Guy Alexander, Kylie Brown and Anna Lenahan.
