Allens Arthur Robinson acts for Wesfarmers in proposal to acquire Coles Group

Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) confirms it is acting as legal counsel to Wesfarmers Limited in relation to its proposal to acquire the whole of Coles Group Limited.
The AAR team is being led by Ewen Crouch and also includes partners Richard Kriedemann, David Wenger, Diccon Loxton and senior associate Tom Story.
