Allens Arthur Robinson IP practice ranked number one once again
2 April 2009
Allens Arthur Robinson (Allens) has been named Australian Intellectual Property Firm of the Year 2009 by Managing Intellectual Property at an awards ceremony in London.
The award caps an outstanding month for Allens' IP practice during which it was named as the Leading Australian IP Firm 2009 by Chambers Global for the seventh consecutive year, with no other firm having been ranked alongside Allens in tier one for that entire duration.
Allens Partner and Head of the IP practice Philip Kerr said that Managing Intellectual Property was regarded by the international IP community as one of the most respected publications directed to the international IP community.
'We are particularly honoured to have been recognised by Managing Intellectual Property as Australian Intellectual Property Firm of the Year 2009.
'We particularly thank our clients for their continued support and recognition of our ability to offer IP services across the full range of prosecution advisory and enforcement.
'We feel that despite difficult times in business and financial markets 2009 we will see continued growth in the IP market particularly in the enforcement of IP rights.'
