Allens Arthur Robinson (AAR) confirms it is acting as Australian legal counsel to Rio Tinto in relation to an approach made by BHP Billiton.
The AAR team is being led by Ewen Crouch and includes partners Richard Kriedemann, Richard Spurio, Tom Story and Ted Hill.
