Allens moves to 567 Collins Street, Melbourne12 March 2008 Leading international law firm, Allens Arthur Robinson (Allens), has entered an initial 12-year lease for new Melbourne premises at 567 Collins St. Construction on the new 55,000 sq m tower will commence shortly, with completion expected late 2010. The firm has taken 13,000 square metres over the upper levels of the building, including the top floor, L26, and is expected to move into the new tower by early 2011. Allens' Managing Partner, Mr Michael Rose, said the move to 567 Collins was exciting. 'This provides the firm with a unique opportunity to design the best possible environment for our people and clients in Melbourne, utilising the generous floor plate and the exceptional natural light and outlook that will be features of 567 Collins St,' Mr Rose said.
