Allens was established in July 2001, following the merger of Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks and Allen Allen & Hemsley. The two firms date back to 1860 and 1822 respectively. They had been affiliated for the past 15 years, through the Allens Arthur Robinson Group alliance.
Allens Arthur Robinson Patent & Trade Marks Attorneys was established in July 2001, following the merger of McMaster Oberin Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks and Allens Patent & Trade Marks Services.

- advised the lenders on financing of the A$1.55 billion Newcastle coal loading and port facility project
Our involvement in the community is co-ordinated by our Charity Committee and Pro Bono Committee, and, while their activities are intertwined, each has a unique purpose and goal.
