Our structure
Allens Arthur Robinson has four legal departments and a Board that
governs the strategic direction of the firm.
The Allens Board is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. The
Board is chaired by Partner Jim Thynne. Other Board members are appointed from
the partnership, along with the Executive General Manager (Finance) and the
Chief Operating Officer. There are also non-Allens appointees.
